For this edition of the gdtox I have been collecting tracks for close to six months now. It is a wide variety of music that hopefully will take you to places you have never been before. This is definitely music you won´t hear on any regular radio station out there.
We journey through a wide musical landscape consisting of classic electronica, beautiful atmospheric pumping soundscapes, avantgarde pop with moments of jazz sprinkled within, filtrated trip hop with blips and blops, experimental electronica, prepared piano and horns, sweeping chillout, bossa nova influenced club-jazz, avantgarde jazz, psybient, happy-trippy chiptunes, droning muddy dubstep and speedy idm. All with the one common thing, it´s glitchy.

The summer is almost upon us in the southern hemisphere. The thermometer is finally starting to show 20+ degrees Celsius here in Wellington, this means one thing, festival season is just around the corner. Yeah, I know there´s snow and stuff in Northern Europe now, but I really don´t care ;)

Here the other day something amusing happened, I was searching my music library for a certain tune with the word “black” in the song-title, then out of nowhere appeared ALOT of tracks with that word. Out of sheer amusement I started to listen through these bit by bit, and suddenly I had compiled this release of the clinic, “The Black Edition”.
